Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
Manufacturer. Guangdong Jiameihao Ecology Technology Limited operates its own production campus in Zhaoqing, Guangdong. Factory visits and virtual video inspections are welcomed — seeing the towers run is the fastest way to build trust.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard MOQ is one 20-foot container per SKU (roughly 22–27 tonnes depending on product density). Trial orders smaller than MOQ can be negotiated for registered cooperators evaluating a new market.
Can you produce under my own brand (OEM / private label)?
Yes — OEM is a core service. We support custom analysis/formulation, your artwork in any language, bags from 1 kg retail pouches to 50 kg export sacks, and marketing sheets in English or your local language.
Do you provide free samples?
Qualified importers and agricultural distributors receive free samples (typically 0.5–2 kg) with courier freight on request terms. Samples always come with matching COA so results can be traced back to production batches.
Which sea/air ports do you ship from?
Mainly Nansha (Guangzhou) and Yantian/Shekou (Shenzhen) within one day's trucking of the factory. Qingdao/Shanghai consolidation possible for mixed-cargo customers. FOB, CIF and CFR terms quoted on request.
Are products compliant with EU or US organic input rules?
Our bio-organic and microbial lines are formulated following EU-style organic input principles (no chemically synthesised N sources in those SKUs). Formal certification status depends on your country's scheme — we provide composition disclosures and support your registrar's review process.
How do you control quality consistency between shipments?
Computerised batching, in-process sampling and finished-goods retention samples (kept 24 months). Each shipment carries its own COA; ask your inspector to draw counter-samples at stuffing and compare — we expect to match, shipment after shipment.
What payment terms do you accept?
For established cooperation: 30% T/T deposit with balance against B/L copy. LC at sight accepted for first orders. Other structures (OA for proven distributors) discussed case by case.
What is the typical lead time?
In-stock SKUs: 10–15 working days after deposit for standard packaging. OEM/custom orders need additional time for plates, artwork proofing and first-article approval — usually 3–4 weeks total.
Can you support trials and demos locally?
Yes. For committed markets we support demonstration plots with product sponsorship, protocol design (replicated strips, controls) and agronomic interpretation of results in English.
